Last updated: December 2024

Oichat is committed to providing a safe and healthy communication environment for all users, and pays special attention to protecting the rights and interests of minors (under 18 years old). This policy sets out our approach to the safety and well-being of children and emphasises our zero tolerance approach to any breach of these rules.

Age Limit:

Users must be of legal age (generally 18 years or older) to use Oichat services. Any attempt to falsify age to gain access to the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Content review:

For the image resource upload function (such as posting dynamics, personal avatars, background images, and room avatars, etc.), Oichat has implemented a strict dual-check mechanism that combines machine review and manual review. Once possible illegal content is detected, the system will automatically replace it with a default prompt image, which will be further reviewed by the manual team.

Reporting mechanism:

If you find any suspected violations, you can report them through the reporting function in the application or directly contact our customer service email [email protected]. All information involving serious violations will be reported to the relevant law enforcement agencies in accordance with the law.

Enforcement measures:

Users who violate this policy will face penalties such as account suspension; in particularly serious cases, Oichat will actively assist law enforcement agencies in investigations

Education and Prevention:

We are committed to raising users' legal awareness and moral concepts by providing safety guidance and setting reminders within the app to help users understand and comply with relevant policies and avoid inappropriate behavior.

Commitment:

Oichat will continue to optimize and improve various rules and regulations and technical means to ensure a purer and more harmonious online space for young people. At the same time, we also encourage all sectors of society to participate in supervision and work together to maintain a good Internet order.
