User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to use the Oichat app. Please read carefully and agree to this agreement before downloading, installing or using this app. Once you use this app, it means that you have agreed to all the terms of this agreement.

2. Prohibited Conduct

When using Oichat, users are strictly prohibited from the following behaviors:

• Create, upload, transmit, distribute or store any of the following：

  • Content that is inaccurate, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or involves child sexual exploitation and abuse.
  • Content that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others
  • Content that is harassing, threatening, abusive, or incites violence.
  • Other offensive, illegal or unlawful content.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App in any way, including but not limited to hacking, spreading viruses or other malware.
• Access other users' accounts, data or systems without authorization.
• Bypass the application's security mechanisms or restrictions in any way.

Users who violate the above regulations will have their service terminated immediately and may be held legally liable.

3. User Qualification

• This app and its virtual items are intended for use by users 18 years of age and older only.
• You confirm and guarantee that you are over 18 years old when using this application. If false information or use by minors is found, we have the right to immediately terminate the service and take necessary measures.

4. Rules for Using Virtual Items

• Virtual gifts, gold coins and other virtual items can only be used within the application and cannot be exchanged for cash or used on other platforms.
• All virtual items belong to Oichat, and users only have the right to use them.
• Once purchased, virtual items are not refundable unless required by law.

5. Data Collection and Use

We collect and process user data in accordance with the privacy agreement. For details, please see Privacy Policy 。

6. Account Security

• Users are responsible for keeping their account information safe and are prohibited from transferring, selling or renting their accounts.
• If you find that your account has been stolen or abnormal, please notify us immediately via Email: [email protected]. We will try our best to assist, but we are not responsible for the losses caused by the user's own reasons.

7. Service Interruptions and Limitations

• We will provide stable services, but this does not include service interruptions caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, war, etc.
• We are not responsible for any losses caused by service interruption or errors due to force majeure.

8. Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts or limit services at any time, especially if the user violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

9. Applicable Law

This Agreement is subject to relevant laws and regulations. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to a court or arbitration institution with jurisdiction.
